An appealing exhibition

Johanna van Mourik and Fieneke Vervoorn will be exhibiting their appealing paintings from 21 March at the Ravestein care centre on the Wieken in Geldermalsen.

Johanna likes to work with acrylic paint, combined with watercolour paint or not. She draws with charcoal, soft pastel and oil pastel chalk. The most important characteristics of her work are: colourful and varied.

The results are always surprising.

Fieneke uses pen and brush to work out in colorful and detailed detail what intrigues her.

She likes to focus on the spatial and soothing interaction of sea and water surfaces combined with impressive skies.

The exhibition runs until May 31.

Opening hours during the week are from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

A surprising and special exhibition

On March 1, Mrs. De Hartog, a resident of the Ravestein care center in Geldermalsen, received a special surprise.

Without her knowing, an exhibition had been set up with her colourful works in Diamond painting. Mrs De Hartog was happy and proud and was allowed to receive flowers as a token of appreciation. There was something tasty for all the residents and staff of the care centre.

The exhibition runs until March 15.

Opening hours during the week are from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
